1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and labels attached. Products that are marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How to Return an Item

 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
3. Return Shipping
Once you have received return instructions from our team, carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using the provided return address. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns that were not shipped with proper tracking.
4. Inspection and Processing
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping charges. If you prefer, you can exchange your item(s) for another size or color, subject to availability. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange for the defective item at no additional cost to you. We may require photos of the damaged product to verify the issue before processing the return or exchange.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:
Gift cards
Intimate wear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized items
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after use
8. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy applies in the same way; however, please be aware that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, excluding shipping and duties.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired item(s). If you prefer, we can assist with the exchange process, but additional shipping fees may apply.
