Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and size of the items you’re ordering, and the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. For expedited and international orders, shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.
4. International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. International shipping times vary based on the destination country and the shipping method chosen. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival. Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable, and additional charges for customs clearance may be incurred.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly, as they are responsible for resolving the issue. If the carrier confirms that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will assist in initiating an investigation with the carrier to track the missing package. bettoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been confirmed as delivered.
11. Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping information. Once we have verified the address, we can reship your order. Additional shipping fees may apply in these cases.
12. Signature Requirement
For some high-value or high-priority orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of the package. If the carrier requires a signature and no one is available to sign for the package, the delivery may be rescheduled or held at the local carrier facility for pickup. Please be sure someone is available to sign for the package if necessary.
